CONSUMER INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 49 OF THE CONSUMER CODE

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 49 of the Consumer Code, DCC Domini Castellare di Castellina. Informs you of the following:
DCC Domini Castellare di Castellina based in Chianti (Siena) 53011, Località Caselle (hereinafter: "DCC")
The website www.castellare.it (hereinafter: "Site") is an online portal of sale from Castellare.
The goods (hereinafter: "Goods" or "Goods") purchased by you have different characteristics depending on the categories of Goods available from time to time on the online sales portal. In particular, you may purchase Goods pertaining to the following categories:
Wine Products
Oil
Vinegar
Delivery and/or shipping costs will be communicated to customers following the order request and may vary in relation to the method chosen and/or in relation to the method of payment used. Prices, rates and, in general, any applicable costs will be specifically indicated (in euros and inclusive of VAT) during the purchase process, before proceeding to the conclusion of the contract.
In the event of purchasing several Goods at the same time, the price of each Good is given individually and may vary according to the characteristics of the Good. However, following selection, all the Goods chosen by you will be fully listed prior to purchase.
The total sale price will be calculated on the basis of the Goods chosen, the rates applied to the type of delivery and/or shipping chosen and is always inclusive of taxes and duties. The final price shall be understood to be the price indicated in your confirmation of receipt of the order and in the email confirming payment and authorisation.
The total price does not include any additional costs that are not communicated to you in advance and/or changed after the confirmation of receipt of the order/payment confirmation in the manner indicated in point 6 above.
The use of the means of distance communication for the conclusion of the contract shall not entail any costs for you.
Payment of the price for the purchase of the Good(s) shall be made in the following manner:
- bank transfer to the bank account in the name of Domini di Castellare di Castellina s.r.l.
- credit card enabled to Visa, MasterCard, American Express circuits,
- PayPal account
- prepaid Postepay account.
The various technical steps for the conclusion of the contract and for the purchase of the Goods are indicated in article 4 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and precisely:
To request information on the purchase of one or more Goods, to purchase one or more Goods, to express opinions on the Services offered or to make a complaint (hereinafter: "Request"), the Customer must send a message to the email address dccordini@castellare.it.
DCC shall inform the Customer of any restrictions on delivery and the means of payment accepted
The Customer acknowledges that each purchase order (hereinafter: "Order") sent in the manner specified in paragraph 4.1 constitutes an offer for the purchase of the Goods. DCC reserves the right to assess acceptance of the Order at its discretion.
DCC undertakes to confirm receipt of the Order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. The confirmation message issued by DCC will include the date and time of receipt of the Order and, in case of acceptance, the order number, which may be used for any further communication with DCC (hereinafter: "Confirmation Email").
The Order Confirmation Email shall contain all of the Customer's personal data, which the Customer undertakes to verify as to their correctness/completeness and to promptly communicate any corrections. In the same email, DCC undertakes to communicate to the Customer a summary of the general and particular conditions applicable to the Contract, information relating to the identity of the professional, the essential characteristics of the Goods purchased, a detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the delivery costs and any additional costs and the customer service contact details, which the Customer may contact to request assistance and/or make complaints.
The Customer, only after having read the main summary conditions of the Order, may accept the purchase with obligation to pay and the Contract shall be considered concluded when DCC receives an e-mail confirming payment (hereinafter: "Payment Confirmation").
In the event of non-acceptance of the Order, DCC undertakes to inform the Customer, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address, of the reason for the refusal and/or the cause that makes the performance difficult or impossible.
DCC shall provide delivery during normal business hours. The expected mode of delivery is home delivery by express courier. Delivery shall be subject to a delivery charge, which shall be displayed by you upon confirmation of the order and in the manner indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The times indicated for home delivery cannot be considered binding for DCC.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within fourteen (14) days.
The withdrawal period shall expire after fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and a person nominated by you acquires physical possession of the Goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform DCC by means of an express declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract to be sent by registered mail to the address Rocca di Frassinello, Località Giuncarico, 58023 Gavorrano (GR), by fax to 0566.88930 or by email to dccordini@castellare.it.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If You withdraw from the contract, DCC shall refund all payments You made at the time of order confirmation for the purchase of the Goods, including delivery and/or shipping costs (except for any additional costs arising from Your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by DCC). Such reimbursement shall be made to You without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the day on which DCC is informed of Your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Such refund shall be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
Reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the Goods or until you prove that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall send or deliver the Goods to DCC at the following address: Rocca di Frassinello, Località Giuncarico, 58023 Gavorrano (GR), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods will, in any case, be borne by you. You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
The Contract shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment DCC receives the Order Acknowledgement and the subsequent Payment Confirmation email and executed when You take possession of the Good(s).
The Contract shall be governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place of residence of Domini Castellare di Castellina.
