Rocca di Frassinello Grand Vin is the highest expression of the Italian-French project. Crafted according to the great Bordeaux tradition, it has established itself among the finest wines on the international stage since its inaugural 2004 vintage. Born from the vision of Alessandro Cellai and a prestigious French winemaking collaboration, it elegantly embodies the meeting of the Maremma's distinctive character with the timeless culture of great wine, offering depth, balance, and remarkable ageing potential.
Tasting notes: an intense ruby red colour with hints of garnet. A wine that succeeds in combining strength, intensity and elegance, with soft tannins to give it a roundness in the mouth. Fruity to the nose with a pleasant spiciness. The taste in the mouth is deep, but lively and with good balance.
Pairings: it pairs well with red meats, roasts, game and mature cheeses.
