I Sodi di S. Niccolò – Limited edition Brera was born from a project that combines art, solidarity and the promotion of young talents. A few unique bottles, each different from the other, hand painted by the students of the Brera Art School with a carousel of flowers, leaves and elements of nature, in harmony with the iconic bird that appears on the label. The elegant case is also personalized with a design created by the students. A precious edition whose proceeds will be partly donated to charity.

Twenty years ago, on the hills of Rocca di Frassinello estate, the first harvest took place. From the bunches of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Rocca di Frassinello – Maremma Toscana 2004 was born, the first label, the grand vin according to the Bordeaux classification, the maximum expression of the Italian-French project that gave life to Rocca di Frassinello. To celebrate this special anniversary, a limited edition of the Rocca di Frassinello 2020. Only 3 thousand numbered bottles, produced with the best Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. In particular, the Merlot grapes are the same ones that give life to Baffonero, the top wine of the cellar considered among the best Merlots in the world, as recently stated by the French journalist Jean-Francis Pécresse.

A precious wooden crate, on which the sketch of the Rocca di Frassinello winery designed by Renzo Piano appears, in the intense green that is the architect's trademark. Inside, the best of our production: three purebred Grand Crus such as Rocca di Frassinello, Rocca di Frassinello Bianco and Rocca di Frassinello San Germano in their current vintages. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, in different percentages, for the two reds and pure Vermentino for the white. A perfect selection for a special gift or simply to taste great wines.

A true challenge: Gewürztraminer and Sémillon, two uncommon vines for Sicily, yet selected by Giacomo Tachis and used in equal proportions to bring to life a passito wine atypical for the island.
