A full bodied and complex white wine to drink aged. Capable of withstanding even the most flavourful dishes, thanks to the vinification in barriques and a long ageing period in the bottle. A Burgundian style Chardonnay, for those who love a wine with a depth of taste.
Tasting notes: straw-yellow colour. The nose is characterised by a complex aroma with fruity hints of white peach and minerals. Fresh, full-flavoured and harmonious in the mouth.
Pairings: pairs well with oven-baked salty fish and shellfish. Also recommended with cold white meats and marbled cheeses.
