In this wine, the varietal notes are brought into the spotlight and the good acidity characteristic of this grape gives it a freshness that also makes it ideal for ageing. Tasting notes: straw-yellow and transparent, the wine is characterised by a full and fresh nose, with hints of yellow peach and pineapple. In the mouth the wine displays freshness, drinking pleasantness and a soft flavour.
Pairings: ideal with starters and seafood, white meat dishes and rich summer aperitifs.
