Rapture of the Grape, a special collaboration between Rocca di Frassinello and David LaChapelle – a master of beauty and communication, Canadian of Lithuanian origin and a former pupil of Andy Warhol It is a limited edition of the first label, Rocca di Frassinello. It has been bottled in large formats, with labels signed by David LaChapelle.

For formats of 6 - 9 - 12 liters, customers with confirmed payment will be contacted to agree on the timing of order fulfillment.

Grappa di Rocca di Frassinello

Obtained by distilling the pomace of Rocca di Frassinello wine, it is aged in small oak barrels and therefore amber in colour, lucid and transparent; it has a very intense nose with delicate notes of blackberry in the finish. It is supported by a great elegance that comes to the fore in a balance of aromas, ranging from floral and fruity notes to soft hints of vanilla and wood.

Catarratto is one of the 4 single-varietal wines of the Colori di Sicilia line of Feudi del Pisciotto. A historic grape variety on the island, producing fresh whites with fruity and floral notes, Catarratto di Feudi del Pisciotto is a wine with a pleasant flavor and lends itself well to any pairing. On the label, orange and yellow brushstrokes reminiscent of Sicilian citrus fruits, taken from the ceramics of the great Caltagirone master Giacomo Alessi.

The most representative black grape variety of Sicily, it gives intense and full-bodied wines, with a marked acidity. The Nero d’Avola by Feudi del Pisciotto is full, velvety with pleasant fruity notes and light hints of spices. On the label, brush strokes of yellow and purple that evoke the Sicilian sun and the Nero d’Avola grapes, taken from the ceramics by Giacomo Alessi, the master of Caltagirone.

Golden yellow color with notes of apple and pear that make it immediately recognizable. The design on the label is a work by Carolina Marengo.

Inspired by the great Giacomo Tachis, who had perfect knowledge of this noble grape variety, atypical for Sicily and yet offering a rather striking opportunity for expression on the island and in particular on the Feudi Del Pisciotto estate. An expression of clear Burgundian character, consistent, but at the same time exceptionally fine and elegant, with the Eterno’s hand depicted on the bottle, Giacomo Serpotta sculpture whose restoration was funded by the Feudi Del Pisciotto estate, together with the involvement of some of Italy’s biggest fashion designers who have designed the labels for a number of wines produced by the estate.
