Neither too dry nor too sweet. Produced in strict accordance with tradition, but with Malvasia Bianca and a small amount of Trebbiano grapes dried out in an aired area and not on “cannicci” (special wicker surfaces). And then in half-barriques with 20 to 30 year old deposits (“madri”). There’s never enough.

The best Vermentino grapes treated with care right from the harvest, and 10 months of permanence on the lees, allow to obtain a harmonious white wine, with a full and silky sip, rich in floral aromas, citrus notes and a distinctly mineral component which gives freshness and flavor. A wine of great persistence that is able to refine in the bottle for several years.

Produced entirely from Sangiovese grapes, harvested in the Rocca di Frassinello vineyards. A wine with a pale pink peach petal color thanks to the brief contact of the flower must with the skins. In the glass it expresses great freshness and sapidity, characteristics that refer to the Provençal style of the best French rosés.

Catarratto is one of the 4 single-varietal wines of the Colori di Sicilia line of Feudi del Pisciotto. A historic grape variety on the island, producing fresh whites with fruity and floral notes, Catarratto di Feudi del Pisciotto is a wine with a pleasant flavor and lends itself well to any pairing. On the label, orange and yellow brushstrokes reminiscent of Sicilian citrus fruits, taken from the ceramics of the great Caltagirone master Giacomo Alessi.

The most representative black grape variety of Sicily, it gives intense and full-bodied wines, with a marked acidity. The Nero d’Avola by Feudi del Pisciotto is full, velvety with pleasant fruity notes and light hints of spices. On the label, brush strokes of yellow and purple that evoke the Sicilian sun and the Nero d’Avola grapes, taken from the ceramics by Giacomo Alessi, the master of Caltagirone.

On the label, brush strokes of blue evoke the Sicilian sea, taken from the ceramics by Giacomo Alessi, the master of Caltagirone.

Golden yellow color with notes of apple and pear that make it immediately recognizable. The design on the label is a work by Carolina Marengo.

100% Pinot Noir. Inspired by the great Giacomo Tachis, who had perfect knowledge of this noble grape variety, atypical for Sicily and yet offering a rather striking opportunity for expression on the island and in particular on the Feudi Del Pisciotto estate. An expression of clear Burgundian character, consistent, but at the same time exceptionally fine and elegant, with the Eterno’s hand depicted on the bottle, Giacomo Serpotta sculpture whose restoration was funded by the Feudi Del Pisciotto estate, together with the involvement of some of Italy’s biggest fashion designers who have designed the labels for a number of wines produced by the estate.
